Inquire. Explore. Integrate.

Explore your relationship with yourself

Individual therapy offers you a space to inquire into your relationship with yourself while considering the many ways your relationships with your family, friends, work, community, and culture impact you.

Improve your relationship with others

Couple and Family Therapy offers a place to increase your understanding of loved ones and build a deeper connection with them. Your core relationships are important to your well-being and therapy can be a helpful tool to assist you in life transitions, both expected and unexpected.

Dawn Hayes

LMFT-A, MMFT, CYT-500

As a therapist, I will help you identify your values and incorporate them into a foundation that supports meaningful relationships in your life. My process includes inquiry into what is (and isn't) working, exploring with curiosity, and integrating holistic action into your life.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Mindfulness Educator, I have experience integrating therapy approaches that are experiential and collaborative. I emphasize connecting body-mind-heart-spirit while considering the unique ways you will engage with the world.
